1. Find who you are in God (Exodus 33: 18-19)
“I will cause all my goodness to pass in front of you, and I will
proclaim my name, the Lord, in your presence. I will have mercy on whom I will
have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.”
You cannot find
God in you or the gifts of God in you until you first find yourself in God. You
cannot locate God's treasures if you are lost since they are found only in Him,
not in anybody or anything else.
2. Learn
about God's Word and Spirit. (1Corinthians 2:9-10.)
“However, as it is written: ‘What no eye has seen,
what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived’—the things God has
prepared for those who love him—these are the things God has revealed to us by
his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.”
While the
Spirit of God inspires us, the Word of God provides us with knowledge. Then
God's Word and Spirit combine to produce Revelation. The truth is that none of
us can find the hidden riches in God's Word unless we are in the Spirit. The
Word of God is not a regular book; rather, it is a Spirit-filled book that
requires all of us to be in the Spirit.
3. Identify your
Purpose time intentionally (Ecc 3:1)
“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under
the heavens.”
It's a well-known
proverb that "Time waits for no one." Then, in order to find our
purpose, we must be desperate, and we may show this desperation by praying.
This requires desperation from all of us. What we are born for, what we race
for, what we live for, and what drives us to death is our mission. What would
we account to God for in heaven if we didn't accomplish our mission here on
earth? Every one of us has to lead a life that is meaningful, purposeful, and
devoid of sin.
In summary, a
life without meaning is simply a shadow.
Please take some time to reflect on how each of us may find our own purpose so
that none of us chase shadows and we can all have an influence.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Maintain your connection to
God's Word (Joshua 1:8)
Remain Blessed.
